Creating campaigns for Pegador Streetwear has never been driven by just one goal. As one of the leading German streetwear brands, Pegador already embodies a strong focus on quality. Therefore, our objectives have gone beyond simply improving quality, creative impact, and organic reach. A key aim has also been to increase sales efficiently by delivering 20+ high-quality short clips with each campaign. Ultimately, our primary focus has always been to create momentum through diverse content assets and, in the long term, to maintain a consistently high standard of quality.
The strategy might seem simple at first glance – but it’s what sets us apart. While many fashion brands rely on large-scale campaigns tied to seasonal collections — launching them, pushing for sales, and then moving on — essentially a “pump and dump” approach, we chose a different path from the very beginning of our collaboration. Instead of investing in high-end, expensive one-off campaigns, we shifted to a medium-budget strategy that maintains the same level of quality while delivering greater impact and consistency. This included regular postings, a steady flow of content assets, and ultimately, more meaningful customer interactions. In an oversaturated streetwear market, it’s not enough to just drive sales. We focused on building long-term brand strength through a community-first approach — connecting authentically with our audience. Because at some point, it’s no longer just about fashion; it’s about the feeling, the message, and the identity that comes with wearing it.
We successfully delivered one of the most impactful campaigns for Pegador Streetwear. Not only did we execute a major campaign shoot in Tokyo with an outstanding team, but we also introduced innovative Black Week concepts — collaborating with prominent German personalities and influencers to create a “double pump” effect during the peak sales period: Black Friday. Over the course of a year, we’ve been the brand’s exclusive production partner, handling all content creation — from organic and paid ads to webshop assets. We’re proud to have realized over five projects together, including organizing and producing one of their most well-attended fashion shows. More than just a production company, we’ve grown into a strategic content partner — shaping how Pegador presents itself, connects with its audience, and drives its brand forward.
